Thames River Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
The River Thames ( (listen) TEMZ), known alternatively in parts as the Isis, is a river that flows through southern England including London. At 215 miles (346 km), it is the longest river entirely in England and the second-longest in the United Kingdom, after the River Severn. It flows through Oxford (where it is called the Isis), Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Windsor. The lower reaches of the river are called the Tideway, derived from its long tidal reach up to Teddington Lock. It rises at Thames Head in Gloucestershire, and flows into the North Sea via the Thames Estuary. The Thames drains the whole of Greater London. Its tidal section, reaching up to Teddington Lock, includes most of its London stretch and has a rise and fall of 23 feet (7 m). Running through some of the driest parts of mainland Britain and heavily abstracted for drinking water, the Thames' discharge is low considering its length and breadth: the Severn has a discharge almost twice as large on average despite having a smaller drainage basin. In Scotland, the Tay achieves more than double the Thames' average discharge from a drainage basin that is 60% smaller.
Some visitors said this in their reviews: "I just can't believe my eyes when I arrive in River Thames. It's filthy and not well taken care of. Shame!" "The Thames River is just a big dirty, fast-moving river. Boats were struggling up its very strong current. There are great places along the river, but as soon as you look over the rock walls it looks like it's just neglected. I don't think it is. It's probably just its looks so powerful and has a mud base"

Norma Toweel says"Tried to cancel tickets as we are no longer able to travel due to COVID-19. Unlike all other tour groups i have been dealing with through this crisis - they say they have no refund policy and the tickets are valid for 6 months - so visit another time! I live in Australia, bought tickets for London! Not getting there anytime soon. Poor customer service! Would not recommend them..."
Andrew Griffith says"Sadly I’ve had a disgusting experience with this company. Myself and my young family were only allowed to travel two stops over the whole day before being thrown off because despite having a valid ticket, which cost over €113 and was bought on the same day (dated), I misplaced the receipt we were given when we first got on the bus. Disgusting. Spoilt our day and special weekend in Rome. Please avoid, there are other companies out there with more compassion."
J says"We purchased a 3 day access tickets. The first day was fine. The second day, we waited for over an hour and bus never showed up. We walked to the next stop waited for another 10 minutes and no bus showed up. This is a disappointing experience. We paid $100 for 3 day access and cannot even use them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
